East Celebrity Elite's facility was built specifically for the ECE program. We are located at 1434 Hartford  New London Turnpike (also known as Rt. 85) in Oakdale, CT. Our facility is close to the major highways and minutes down the road from the Crystal Mall in Waterford, CT.
